1. Lead the store team by providing strategic direction and fostering a collaborative, service-centric culture.
2. Ensure the store delivers an exceptional client experience while maximizing profitability.
3. Achieve operational excellence across all store areas.
4. Cultivate commercial awareness and maintain strong connections with the local client base.
5. Uphold Celine's values, retail philosophy, and image guidelines.
6. Promote team spirit and lead the team in brand and product awareness.
7. Identify and communicate training needs to the Training & Retail Manager.
8. Conduct monthly individual performance reviews and plan staffing needs.
9. Coordinate inventory scheduling and cycle counts.
10. Communicate Celine Management's strategic vision and initiatives.
11. Recruit and develop a network outside the store environment.

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

5. Ability to manage vision and purpose and build effective teams.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail management is required, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business success.
