1. Lead and develop the store business strategically, focusing on sales, client experience, and cultivating a culture of loyalty excellence.
2. Report to the Retail Manager and effectively communicate the Maison's goals, vision, and strategy to the team.
3. Motivate team members with strong leadership and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Retail Director and other departments.
4. Implement initiatives to maximize sales and enhance overall store performance.
5. Embody the Maison's culture and values, actively participating in recruitment, management, and development of talent.

1. Business school degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
2. Retail experience.
3. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
