- Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop highly motivated teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Engage in recruiting processes and provide systematic induction for new staff members.
- Conduct monthly staff reviews and identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer service issues effectively.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with the Buyer for ordering responsibilities.
- Provide monthly business reports and maintain relationships with corporate and regional offices.
- Uphold grooming and styling standards and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
- Administer key documents, create staff schedules, and manage planning of holidays and absences.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed targets and empower sales staff through clienteling.
- Understand store performance by product category and maintain merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 10 years in store management, preferably within a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in using various software packages and inventory management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle personnel matters effectively.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service-oriented with strong social perceptiveness.
- Proficient in mediating and resolving issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
