1. Oversee the overall management of the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Build and develop highly motivated teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
4. Engage in the recruitment and induction process of staff in collaboration with Human Resources and Regional Manager.
5. Conduct systematic induction for new staff and organize follow-up with knowledge reviews.
6. Identify and develop growth potential of individual staff members through regular performance evaluations.
7. Assist sales associates with customer service issues, ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
8. Manage full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
9. Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards, maintaining store appearance and organization.
10. Administer key administrative tasks, including staff work schedules and planning of paid holidays.

1. Minimum of 10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proficiency in computer software packages and inventory management systems.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve issues.
4. Fluency in foreign languages is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years in store management, with a preference for experience in a luxury retail environment.
