- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive business success.
- Lead and mentor the store team, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Organize store activities and ensure operational efficiency, balancing service and customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance and develop staffing models to align with store traffic and optimize sales potential.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships.
- Develop and implement training programs for team development and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory and maintain SKU levels using Retail Pro and other inventory management systems.
- Oversee full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources on staffing and recruitment.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
- Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Manage product category performance and ensure team access to product support tools.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Customer service-oriented with strong community and client involvement.
- Social perceptiveness and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Position requires a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting, with an emphasis on general store management.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
