1. Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive business success.
2. Lead and mentor the store team, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
3. Organize store activities and ensure operational efficiency, balancing service and customer experience.
4. Monitor sales performance and develop staffing models to align with store traffic and optimize sales potential.
5. Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships.
6. Develop and implement training programs for team development and customer service excellence.
7. Manage inventory and maintain SKU levels using Retail Pro and other inventory management systems.
8. Oversee full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
9. Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources on staffing and recruitment.
10. Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
11. Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
12. Manage product category performance and ensure team access to product support tools.

1. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
2. Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
