- Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
- Possess a deep understanding of CELINE products, their history, and craftsmanship to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising, Training, and Client Management to maximize product categories.
- Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence and achievement of goals.
- Negotiate with department stores and external partners to plan and execute events that align with the Maison's strategies.
- Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example and strong presence on the shop floor.
- Identify and attract top talent, partnering with HR to address team-related matters and enhance performance.
- Nurture a pipeline of future leaders by identifying and developing high-potential individuals.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
- Provide coaching and supervision to Team Managers and support their career development.
- Ensure 100% completion of training modules on the CELINE e-learning platform by the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
- Oversee administrative and logistical operations, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
- Represent the brand in community activities and develop relationships with nearby store managers.
- Ensure the consistent presentation of the CELINE brand image in all aspects of the store.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong business expertise with a track record of achieving results and exceeding targets.
- In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and ability to analyze business performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
