1. Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
3. Possess a deep understanding of CELINE products, their history, and craftsmanship to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
4. Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising, Training, and Client Management to maximize product categories.
5. Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence and achievement of goals.
6. Negotiate with department stores and external partners to plan and execute events that align with the Maison's strategies.
7. Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example and strong presence on the shop floor.
8. Identify and attract top talent, partnering with HR to address team-related matters and enhance performance.
9. Nurture a pipeline of future leaders by identifying and developing high-potential individuals.
10. Create a positive and inclusive work environment encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
11. Provide coaching and supervision to Team Managers and support their career development.
12. Ensure 100% completion of training modules on the CELINE e-learning platform by the team.
13. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
14. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
15. Oversee administrative and logistical operations, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
16. Represent the brand in community activities and develop relationships with nearby store managers.
17. Ensure the consistent presentation of the CELINE brand image in all aspects of the store.
