Celine Store Manager

- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a profitable business.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence, serving as a mentor and problem solver.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere across categories.
- Organize store activities, meetings, and priorities to balance operational efficiency with customer experience.
- Monitor store performance through weekly sales reviews and develop staffing models to align with store traffic.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and develop CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships.
- Identify and develop training programs for staff, emphasizing service and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and ensure accurate reporting and stock levels.
- Oversee full Profit and Loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with HR for staffing and development opportunities.
- Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
- Develop and empower associates to achieve sales objectives and enhance client relationships.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong community and client involvement.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Position requires a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting, with an emphasis on general store management.
