- Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
- Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Training, and Client Management to maximize product categories.
- Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence and goal achievement.
- Negotiate with external stakeholders to plan and execute events that align with the Maison's strategies.
- Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example and strong presence on the shop floor.
- Identify and attract top talent, providing coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
- Supervise operations manager to ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient stock management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management within the luxury/fashion sector.
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of exceeding targets.
- In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on exceptional experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
Minimum of 10 years in retail management within the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
