1. Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
3. Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Training, and Client Management to maximize product categories.
4. Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence and goal achievement.
5. Negotiate with external stakeholders to plan and execute events that align with the Maison's strategies.
6. Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example and strong presence on the shop floor.
7. Identify and attract top talent, providing coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
8. Create a positive and inclusive work environment encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
9. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
11. Supervise operations manager to ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient stock management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management within the luxury/fashion sector.

2. Strong business acumen with a track record of exceeding targets.
3. In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and strategic decision-making.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Client-centric mindset with a focus on exceptional experiences.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.

Minimum of 10 years in retail management within the luxury or fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
