Celine Store Manager

- Oversee the comprehensive management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Recruit, induct, and develop staff, ensuring a motivated and cohesive team environment.
- Manage customer service issues and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with buyers for ordering responsibilities.
- Provide detailed business reports and maintain relationships with corporate and regional offices.
- Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
- Administer key administrative tasks including scheduling and holiday planning.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Business School or University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent social perceptiveness and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
A minimum of 7-10 years in store management, ideally within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
