4. Manage customer service issues and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
5. Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with buyers for ordering responsibilities.
6. Provide detailed business reports and maintain relationships with corporate and regional offices.
7. Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
8. Administer key administrative tasks including scheduling and holiday planning.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Business School or University degree, or equivalent experience.

3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Excellent social perceptiveness and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in oral and written communication.
6. Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
