Celine Store Manager

- Oversee the comprehensive management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop a highly motivated team, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
- Engage in the recruitment process and provide systematic induction for new staff members.
- Conduct monthly individual staff reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and coach the team to maintain high customer service standards.
- Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with the Buyer for ordering responsibilities.
- Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate and regional offices.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain the store's appearance.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and maintaining key documents.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in various software packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve issues.
- Action-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
A minimum of 7-10 years in store management, with a preference for experience in a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
