1. Oversee the comprehensive management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Build and develop a highly motivated team, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
4. Engage in the recruitment process and provide systematic induction for new staff members.
5. Conduct monthly individual staff reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
6. Assist sales associates with customer service issues and coach the team to maintain high customer service standards.
7. Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with the Buyer for ordering responsibilities.
8. Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate and regional offices.
9. Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain the store's appearance.
10. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and maintaining key documents.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proficiency in various software packages.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve issues.
4. Action-oriented and results-driven mindset.
