Celine Store Manager

- Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
- Take responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial goals.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to offer the best in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspiring the team to reach these targets.
- Act as the liaison between the head office and the store.
- Serve as the brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure the highest level of client experience and handle delicate customer situations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Oversee stock and store planning.
- Guarantee proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
- Detect and recruit new talents in the daily environment.
- Manage the team to drive business, fostering a positive work environment and team spirit.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Retail experience required
- Experience in luxury/fashion business required

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, specifically within the luxury or fashion sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
