Celine Store Manager

- Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop highly motivated teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Engage in the recruitment process and provide systematic induction for new staff members.
- Conduct monthly staff reviews and identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and coach them to maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with the Buyer for ordering responsibilities.
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to grooming and styling standards.
- Ensure key documents are maintained and create staff work schedules.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong team-building and motivational skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 7-10 years in store management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
