Celine Store Manager

1. Oversee the comprehensive management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Drive sales to meet or exceed established sales budgets and objectives.
3. Empower sales staff and ensure adherence to Celine's customer service principles.
4. Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through clienteling.
5. Monitor daily and monthly sales performance of the store and individual sales associates.
6. Set individual monthly objectives for team members.
7. Understand and explain store performance by category and product mix.
8. Maintain merchandising standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.
9. Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
10. Manage payroll, including timely submission of timesheets and verification of employee hours.
11. Identify and fulfill store recruitment needs, partnering with Regional and HR teams as necessary.
12. Coach and develop employees, leading performance management processes.
13. Ensure the store's appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
14. Maintain positive relationships with corporate, regional, and other store offices.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various software packages.

The position requires a minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
