Celine Store Manager

- Oversee the comprehensive management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed established sales budgets and objectives.
- Empower sales staff and ensure adherence to Celine's customer service principles.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through clienteling.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales performance of the store and individual sales associates.
- Set individual monthly objectives for team members.
- Understand and explain store performance by category and product mix.
- Maintain merchandising standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.
- Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
- Manage payroll, including timely submission of timesheets and verification of employee hours.
- Identify and fulfill store recruitment needs, partnering with Regional and HR teams as necessary.
- Coach and develop employees, leading performance management processes.
- Ensure the store's appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with corporate, regional, and other store offices.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service-oriented with strong social perceptiveness.
- Proficient in mediating and resolving issues or concerns.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The position requires a minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
