1. Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
3. Possess a deep understanding of CELINE products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
4. Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising and Client Management to maximize product categories.
5. Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence.
6. Negotiate with department stores and partners to plan and execute brand-aligned events.
7. Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example.
8. Identify and attract top talent, partnering with HR and Retail Director for team development.
9. Create a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
10. Provide coaching and supervision to team managers and support their career development.
11. Ensure team completion of required training modules on the CELINE e-learning platform.
12. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
13. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
14. Supervise operations manager to ensure product availability and efficient stock management.
15. Represent the CELINE brand in community activities and maintain the highest standards of luxury presentation.

1. Retail experience required
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business

Minimum 5 years of management experience within the luxury or fashion industry.
