Celine Store Manager

- Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
- Possess a deep understanding of CELINE products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising and Client Management to maximize product categories.
- Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence.
- Negotiate with department stores and partners to plan and execute brand-aligned events.
- Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example.
- Identify and attract top talent, partnering with HR and Retail Director for team development.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
- Provide coaching and supervision to team managers and support their career development.
- Ensure team completion of required training modules on the CELINE e-learning platform.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
- Supervise operations manager to ensure product availability and efficient stock management.
- Represent the CELINE brand in community activities and maintain the highest standards of luxury presentation.
- Retail experience required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
- Strong business expertise with a track record of achieving results
- In-depth understanding of retail KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and understanding of CELINE's brand identity
- Client-centric mindset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment
Minimum 5 years of management experience within the luxury or fashion industry.
