1. Lead the team by providing strategic direction and fostering a collaborative, service-centric culture in the store.
2. Ensure the store delivers an exceptional client experience and maximizes profitability.
3. Achieve and maintain operational excellence across all areas of the store.
4. Cultivate commercial awareness and establish connections with the local client base, partnering with regional and corporate teams to ensure store success.
5. Promote and maintain a strong sense of team spirit, leading and coaching the team to enhance brand and product awareness.
6. Identify individual and team training needs, communicating these to the Training & Retail Manager.
7. Conduct individual performance reviews monthly and plan staffing, absences, and time off to ensure appropriate store coverage.
8. Coordinate inventory scheduling and cycle counts, and participate in monthly team meetings.
9. Foster a collaborative work environment through transparency and a feedback culture.
10. Recruit and develop a network outside of the store environment.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
2. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools and strategic agility.
