- Lead the team by providing strategic direction and fostering a collaborative, service-centric culture in the store.
- Ensure the store delivers an exceptional client experience and maximizes profitability.
- Achieve and maintain operational excellence across all areas of the store.
- Cultivate commercial awareness and establish connections with the local client base, partnering with regional and corporate teams to ensure store success.
- Promote and maintain a strong sense of team spirit, leading and coaching the team to enhance brand and product awareness.
- Identify individual and team training needs, communicating these to the Training & Retail Manager.
- Conduct individual performance reviews monthly and plan staffing, absences, and time off to ensure appropriate store coverage.
- Coordinate inventory scheduling and cycle counts, and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Foster a collaborative work environment through transparency and a feedback culture.
- Recruit and develop a network outside of the store environment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and strategic agility.
- Empathy and attentiveness in customer interactions.
- Exemplary advisory abilities and a strong sense of customer service.
