1. Lead the team by providing strategic direction and fostering a collaborative, service-centric culture within the store.
2. Ensure the store delivers an exceptional client experience and maximizes profitability.
3. Achieve and maintain operational excellence across all areas of the store.
4. Cultivate commercial awareness and connect with the local client base while partnering with regional and corporate teams.
5. Serve as a role model for Celine's values, retail philosophy, and image guidelines.
6. Promote and maintain a strong sense of team spirit, leading and coaching the team to ensure exceptional brand and product awareness.
7. Identify individual and team training needs, communicating these to the Training & Retail Manager.
8. Conduct monthly individual performance reviews and plan staffing requirements to ensure appropriate store coverage.
9. Coordinate inventory scheduling and cycle counts with store teams.
10. Drive sales targets, KPIs, and client strategy, analyzing business performance and proposing action plans.
11. Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels.
12. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store functional maintenance.
13. Proficiently use POS systems and participate in inventory management.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.

2. Energetic and unifying team spirit, motivating staff and creating an effective group dynamic.
3. Business acumen and strategic agility.
4. Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools and managing vision and purpose.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in the luxury fashion industry.
