- Lead the team by providing strategic direction and fostering a collaborative, service-centric culture within the store.
- Ensure the store delivers an exceptional client experience and maximizes profitability.
- Achieve and maintain operational excellence across all areas of the store.
- Cultivate commercial awareness and connect with the local client base while partnering with regional and corporate teams.
- Serve as a role model for Celine's values, retail philosophy, and image guidelines.
- Promote and maintain a strong sense of team spirit, leading and coaching the team to ensure exceptional brand and product awareness.
- Identify individual and team training needs, communicating these to the Training & Retail Manager.
- Conduct monthly individual performance reviews and plan staffing requirements to ensure appropriate store coverage.
- Coordinate inventory scheduling and cycle counts with store teams.
- Drive sales targets, KPIs, and client strategy, analyzing business performance and proposing action plans.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store functional maintenance.
- Proficiently use POS systems and participate in inventory management.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
- Empathy and exemplary advisory abilities with a strong sense of customer service.
- Energetic and unifying team spirit, motivating staff and creating an effective group dynamic.
- Business acumen and strategic agility.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and managing vision and purpose.
A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in the luxury fashion industry.
