1. Monitor store performance and stay informed of market trends.
2. Take responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the store.
3. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to meet commercial objectives.
4. Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset, ensuring the best in-store client experience and achieving CRM objectives.
5. Translate store objectives into daily targets and tasks, inspiring the team to achieve these targets.
6. Maintain a strong floor presence to support sales across all categories.
7. Act as the liaison between the Head Office and the store.
8. Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting CELINE's culture and values.
9. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal process requirements.
10. Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including stock and store planning.
11. Guarantee the proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
12. Demonstrate expertise in Power BI.
13. Review team performance to retain top talent and recruit new talent.
14. Manage and develop the team to drive business success, fostering a positive work environment and team spirit.
15. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.

1. Master's or Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 5 years in Retail Management within the fashion or luxury sector, or equivalent experience.
