Celine Store Manager

- Monitor store performance and stay informed of market trends.
- Take responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the store.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to meet commercial objectives.
- Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset, ensuring the best in-store client experience and achieving CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into daily targets and tasks, inspiring the team to achieve these targets.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to support sales across all categories.
- Act as the liaison between the Head Office and the store.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal process requirements.
- Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including stock and store planning.
- Guarantee the proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
- Demonstrate expertise in Power BI.
- Review team performance to retain top talent and recruit new talent.
- Manage and develop the team to drive business success, fostering a positive work environment and team spirit.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills with a sense of priorities and agility.
- Talent for coaching and developing a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy, sincerity, and curiosity.
A minimum of 5 years in Retail Management within the fashion or luxury sector, or equivalent experience.
Master's or Bachelor's Degree
