- Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the store.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into daily targets and inspire the team to reach these targets.
- Maintain floor presence to support the team with sales across all categories.
- Act as the liaison between the Head Office and the store.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, endorsing the culture and values of CELINE.
- Ensure the highest level of client experience and handle delicate customer situations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Oversee both front of house and back of house operations, including stock and store planning.
- Guarantee the proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
- Utilize expertise in Power BI.
- Review team performance and potential to retain top talent and recruit new talent.
- Create a positive work environment and develop team spirit.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills with a sense of priorities and agility.
- Talent for coaching and developing a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and other languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in retail management within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree
