1. Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
3. Possess a deep understanding of CELINE products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
4. Lead by example and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to inspire the team.
5. Identify and attract top talent, and partner with HR to address team-related matters.
6. Develop high-potential individuals within the team through individual development plans.
7. Create a positive and inclusive work environment encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
8. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
9. Ensure the team delivers personalized and memorable client experiences.
10. Maintain strong relationships with clients using clienteling tools.
11. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
12. Supervise operations to ensure product availability and efficient stock management.
13. Represent CELINE in community activities and develop relationships with nearby store managers.
14. Ensure the consistent presentation of the CELINE brand image in all aspects of the store.

1. Retail experience required
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in management within luxury/fashion business

Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury or fashion business.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience
