1. Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a successful and profitable business.
2. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to foster a collaborative team environment.
3. Organize store activities and ensure a balance between operational efficiencies and customer experience.
4. Monitor sales performance and optimize staffing models to enhance store sales potential.
5. Analyze Mystery Shop reports and develop CRM strategies to maintain and grow customer relationships.
6. Identify and develop training programs for staff in collaboration with Regional and Retail Buyer.
7. Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with profit and loss responsibilities.
8. Implement retention initiatives and manage staffing and recruitment functions.
9. Develop event formats for collection previews in cooperation with Senior Management and Marketing.
10. Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
11. Create staff work schedules and manage administrative tasks.
12. Empower associates to achieve sales objectives and support the sales process.
13. Understand and manage store performance by product category.

1. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
2. Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.

A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting, with an emphasis on general store management. Experience in flagship or high-profile stores is preferred.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
