Celine Store Director

- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a successful and profitable business.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Organize store activities and ensure a balance between operational efficiencies and customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance and optimize staffing models to enhance store sales potential.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and develop CRM strategies to maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Identify and develop training programs for staff in collaboration with Regional and Retail Buyer.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with profit and loss responsibilities.
- Implement retention initiatives and manage staffing and recruitment functions.
- Develop event formats for collection previews in cooperation with Senior Management and Marketing.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
- Create staff work schedules and manage administrative tasks.
- Empower associates to achieve sales objectives and support the sales process.
- Understand and manage store performance by product category.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service orientation with strong community and client involvement.
- Social perceptiveness and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting, with an emphasis on general store management. Experience in flagship or high-profile stores is preferred.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
