- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the store's vision and drive a successful and profitable business.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by mentoring and solving problems proactively.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment across various categories.
- Organize store activities, meetings, and prioritize actions to balance operational efficiency, service, and customer experience.
- Monitor weekly sales performance of each category and develop staffing models to align with store traffic and optimize sales potential.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities to enhance customer relationships.
- Partner with Regional teams to review and implement CRM strategies.
- Provide input on Front of House/Back of House opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
- Identify and develop training programs in collaboration with Regional and Retail Buyer.
- Mentor and coach management staff on adapting solutions for store-specific challenges.
- Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and maintain accurate business reports.
- Manage full Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Oversee stock management and ensure staff proficiency in P.O.S. systems.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with HR for staff development.
- Manage staffing and recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Conduct systematic induction for new staff and organize regular training sessions.
- Develop event formats for collection previews in collaboration with Senior Management and Marketing.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
- Manage administrative tasks including document management, staff scheduling, and payroll.
- Drive sales by training and empowering associates to exceed sales objectives.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and support sales staff with consignments.
- Understand and explain store performance by category and maintain product support tools.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, preferably in a flagship or high-profile store.
- Experience in multi-store management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Customer service orientation.

- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Position requires a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting, with an emphasis on general store management.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
