1. Ensure accurate recording of all internal stock transfers and resolve discrepancies with missing or unaccounted items.
2. Properly box, label, and store products in the stockroom while maintaining display products to minimize damage.
3. Facilitate stock transfers between stores as needed.
4. Complete all stock processes thoroughly and organize relevant paperwork efficiently.
5. Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and ensure no damage has occurred.
6. Maintain product replenishment to ensure availability on the shop floor.
7. Conduct weekly inventories and bi-annual stock takes, reporting findings to the line manager and financial coordinator.
8. Resolve stock discrepancies by locating missing products and verifying stock movements.
9. Manage e-commerce sales, including picking, packing, and handling returns.
10. Update e-commerce sales sheets daily.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock management within a fashion environment, preferably luxury.
2. Experience in e-commerce.

4. Commitment to achieving targets while focusing on client needs.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a CELINE brand ambassador.
6. Understanding of retail KPIs.
7. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in stock management within a fashion environment, with a preference for luxury experience.
