1. Manage in-store stock efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Contribute to achieving sales objectives at the point of sale.
3. Master internal stock management processes, including transfers and after-sales service.
4. Control the flow of goods, including entries, exits, and receipt of deliveries.
5. Conduct regular inventory checks and analyze stock levels.
6. Prepare and execute tax inventories in collaboration with management and head office.
7. Identify and rectify stock discrepancies in collaboration with management.
8. Maintain organized stock spaces to facilitate easy access and sales.
9. Replenish and prepare products for integration into the sales floor.
10. Ensure seamless communication with sales teams and support digital initiatives.

1. More than 2 years of experience in a similar stock control role within the fashion industry.

1. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
3. Proficiency in computer tools, ideally CEGID.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
5. Initiative, service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stock control within a fashion environment.
