1. Support the Social Development team in addressing inquiries from HR HQ and Retail, providing concrete solutions.
2. Assist HR Managers in implementing disciplinary and termination procedures, including dossier preparation, interview framework, and correspondence drafting.
3. Aid in organizing IRP meetings and preparing necessary materials.
4. Participate in transversal HR projects and initiatives, such as workplace health and safety, CSR, and working hours.
5. Monitor social legal news and its impact on the organization, contributing to the 'Défi’légal' newsletter.
6. Ensure the HR Book is up-to-date and propose content improvements for continuous enhancement.
7. Maintain existing social indicators reporting.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law or enrolled as a student lawyer seeking a PPI internship.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Demonstrated rigor, responsiveness, and organizational skills.

4. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
5. Excellent writing skills.
