Celine Social Development Project Manager

- Define and implement policies and initiatives to enhance workplace quality of life, prevent occupational risks, promote the integration of individuals with disabilities, and advance diversity and equal opportunity in alignment with the #CELINECARES program.
- Collaborate with various Human Resources teams and internal stakeholders to develop and execute actions consistent with the brand's values, commitments, and objectives.
- Establish performance indicators to measure the impact of initiatives, manage administrative follow-up including budget oversight, report preparation, and coordination of the Opportunities and Inclusion Committee.
- Conduct ongoing research on best practices in the industry and propose areas for improvement.
- Coordinate, organize, and lead projects related to the #CELINECARES program, including disability, workplace quality of life, occupational health, and CSR initiatives.
- Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in project management, ideally related to social development challenges.
- Proficiency in project management and group facilitation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on listening and communication.
- Initiative, creativity, and a strong ability to propose solutions.
- Fluency in English is essential.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably related to social development issues.
Advanced degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
