1. Manage and track the dispatch and return of press samples across all markets.
2. Collaborate with stylists and press officers to fulfill shopping requests.
3. Reserve items using Launchmetrics and manage scheduling.
4. Prepare press samples for dispatch.
5. Arrange couriers for local and international deliveries.
6. Generate necessary documentation, including packing lists and proformas.
7. Organize the return of press samples, including cleaning and workshop dispatch if needed.
8. Respond to press requests for credits and visuals.
9. Maintain the daily operations of the showroom.
10. Assist with fashion shows and press presentations.
11. Support inventory and archiving of new collections.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in a press department is required.
3. Proficiency in FGPS (Launchmetrics) is advantageous.
