1. Manage and track the dispatch and return of press shopping items across all markets.
2. Respond to stylist shopping requests in collaboration with press officers.
3. Reserve items using Launchmetrics and schedule planning.
4. Prepare shopping items for dispatch.
5. Coordinate couriers for Paris and international shipments.
6. Prepare necessary documentation such as packing lists, proformas, and footwear sheets according to destinations.
7. Organize the return of press shopping items, including storage, dry cleaning, and workshop dispatch if needed.
8. Respond to press credit and visual requests.
9. Maintain the showroom on a daily basis.
10. Assist with fashion shows and other press presentations.
11. Support inventory management of new collections.
12. Aid in the archiving of collections.

1. Enrollment in a business, communication, or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in a press department is required.

2. Sensitivity to the fashion industry.
3. Ability to work dynamically within a team.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
5. Proactive and flexible approach.
6. Proficiency in FGPS (Launchmetrics).
7. Fluency in French and English.

A first experience in a press department is necessary.

Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or fashion school.
