1. Manage and track the sending and returning of press samples for all markets.
2. Respond to stylist requests in collaboration with press officers.
3. Reserve items in Launchmetrics and maintain scheduling.
4. Prepare press samples and arrange couriers for Paris or international shipments.
5. Generate necessary documentation such as packing lists, proformas, and footwear sheets.
6. Organize the return of press samples, including storage, dry cleaning, and workshop dispatch if needed.
7. Respond to press credit and visual requests.
8. Maintain the showroom daily.
9. Assist with fashion shows and other press presentations.
10. Support inventory management of new collections.
11. Assist with the archiving of collections.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in a press department is required.
3. Proficiency in FGPS (Launchmetrics) is advantageous.

6. Fluent in French and English.

A preliminary experience in a press department is required.

Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or fashion school.
