1. Manage and track the dispatch and return of press samples across all markets.
2. Prepare press samples in collaboration with press assistants.
3. Coordinate couriers for Paris and international shipments.
4. Create necessary documentation such as packing lists and proformas under the supervision of the showroom coordinator.
5. Package samples according to their destination.
6. Organize the return of press samples, including storage, dry cleaning, and workshop returns as needed.
7. Maintain the daily operations of the showroom.
8. Assist with fashion shows and other press events.
9. Support inventory management of new collections.
10. Aid in the archiving of collections.

1. Enrolled in a business, communication, or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in the fashion industry.

3. Ability to work dynamically in a team environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
5. Proactive and flexible.
6. Proficiency in FGPS (Launchmetrics).

A preliminary experience in the fashion sector is required.

Currently pursuing studies in business, communication, or fashion.
