1. Manage and track the dispatch and return of press shopping items across all markets.
2. Prepare press shopping items in collaboration with press assistants.
3. Coordinate couriers for Paris and international shipments.
4. Prepare necessary documentation, including packing lists and proformas, under the supervision of the showroom coordinator.
5. Package samples according to their destinations.
6. Organize the return of press shopping items, including storage, dry cleaning, and workshop dispatch if needed.
7. Maintain the daily operations of the showroom.
8. Assist with fashion shows and other press events.
9. Support inventory management of new collections.
10. Aid in the archiving of collections.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in the fashion industry is required.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
5. Proactive and flexible approach.
6. Proficiency in FGPS (Launchmetrics).

Entry-level experience in the fashion industry is required.
