1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Implement and adhere to all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, offering proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
7. Assist with visual merchandising and operations by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props.
8. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
9. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
10. Engage in the inventory reconciliation process.
11. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
12. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including handling damages and RTVs.
13. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
14. Oversee the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
15. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
16. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn various software packages.
