Celine Senior Operations Associate

- Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
- Implement and adhere to all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
- Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, offering proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Assist with visual merchandising and operations by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including handling damages and RTVs.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Oversee the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn various software packages.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, focusing on stock or inventory management, preferably within a luxury setting.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
