Celine Senior Operations Associate

1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
5. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
6. Assist with visual, merchandising, and operational needs, including moving and storing fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props.
7. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repair.
8. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
9. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
10. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies and procedures.
11. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including handling damages and RTVs.
12. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
13. Oversee all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
14. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
15. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed and as requested by management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to learn and utilize various software packages.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
