1. Lead the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
2. Prepare key financial entries and accruals, including gross margin and inventory assessments.
3. Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget and prior year, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
4. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly financial deliverables, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
5. Oversee the preparation and management of the annual budget and reforecasts, partnering with department heads to gather inputs and identify risks and opportunities.
6. Support the preparation of executive-level presentations and financial summaries.
7. Act as a strategic business partner by preparing analysis and presentations for departmental visibility and supporting operational decisions with data-driven insights.
8. Lead strategic analyses such as investment analysis, competitive benchmarking, and retail performance analysis.
9. Oversee the calculation of retail commissions and develop financial models to support business decisions.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance required
2. Fluency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a plus
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably within the fashion industry
4. Experience in an international company and/or auditing firm preferred
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS software, including PowerPoint
6. Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Cegid, and Dynamics preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably within the fashion industry, with a background in international companies or auditing firms.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance

The compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually, dependent on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
