Celine Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Prepare key financial entries and accruals, including gross margin and inventory assessments.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget and prior year, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly financial deliverables, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
- Oversee the preparation and management of the annual budget and reforecasts, partnering with department heads to gather inputs and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of executive-level presentations and financial summaries.
- Act as a strategic business partner by preparing analysis and presentations for departmental visibility and supporting operational decisions with data-driven insights.
- Lead strategic analyses such as investment analysis, competitive benchmarking, and retail performance analysis.
- Oversee the calculation of retail commissions and develop financial models to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance required
- Fluency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably within the fashion industry
- Experience in an international company and/or auditing firm preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS software, including PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Cegid, and Dynamics preferred
- Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and retail associates
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably within the fashion industry, with a background in international companies or auditing firms.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance
The compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually, dependent on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
