Celine Senior Manager, Clienteling

- Develop and execute the client activation calendar for each store in collaboration with the Clienteling Director, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines and regional strategy.
- Implement and oversee all client events, coordinating with regional and central teams to maintain Maison standards and manage logistical tasks.
- Define targets for each client activation, track event performance, and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Manage the budget process for in-store events, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Continuously benchmark competitor activities to enhance client experiences.
- Develop and implement unique client experiences to elevate the regional client database and support sales associates.
- Manage gift stock for various occasions and events, ensuring alignment with clienteling strategies.
- Identify high-end clients for international or regional events and measure the impact of initiatives on local markets.
- Over 5 years of experience in clienteling or CRM within a luxury or fashion environment.
- Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction through improved services and processes.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to organizational success.
- Passion for retail and in-store experiences.
- Responsibility for meeting timeline deliverables.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate results into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire collaboration and excitement in stores.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce tools, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Minimum 5 years of experience in clienteling or CRM within a luxury or fashion environment.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
