Celine Senior Logistics Manager

- Manage, coach, and develop a team of four logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing and customs activities, ensuring compliance with Italian and EU regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and carriers.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in logistics operations.
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote circular economy practices.
- Contribute to the company's supply chain strategy and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
- Elaborate and monitor the logistics budget in collaboration with the Finance Department.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, supply chain, procurement, retail, and finance teams.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in logistics management, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 3–5 people.
- Strong customer and service focus.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and logistics performance tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years in logistics management, with a focus on international operations and team leadership.
University Degree required; a Master's degree is a plus.
