1. Lead and develop a team of four logistics professionals, setting performance goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
2. Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing and customs activities, ensuring compliance with Italian and EU regulations.
3. Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and carriers.
4. Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
5. Leverage technology to enhance efficiency, visibility, and accuracy in logistics operations.
6. Drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices in logistics.
7. Contribute to the company's supply chain strategy, aligning logistics operations with business goals.
8. Elaborate and monitor the logistics budget in cooperation with the Finance Department.
9. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, supply chain, procurement, retail, and finance teams.

1. 10–15 years of progressive experience in logistics management, ideally in a multinational environment.
2. Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 3–5 people.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
4. University degree required; a master's degree is preferred.

1. Strong customer and service focus.
2. Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and logistics performance tools.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

A minimum of 10 years in logistics management, with a focus on international operations and team leadership.
