1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction values.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining store appearance and housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong client book preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use software programs.
4. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
