Celine Senior Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for sales results.
- Welcome clients and enhance their experience by advising them across all product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients.
- Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Assist in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
- Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate a detailed understanding of company policies.
- Additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales service.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $23.20 to $29 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
