1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in their sales efforts.
2. Welcome and enhance the client experience, advising across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients, building long-term relationships.
4. Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all store activities contributing to overall objectives.
6. Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Understand company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors.
10. Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.

1. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use various software packages.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on luxury sales.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

$22-$26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
