- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in their sales efforts.
- Welcome and enhance the client experience, advising across all product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients, building long-term relationships.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate in all store activities contributing to overall objectives.
- Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
- Understand company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors.
- Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.
- Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on luxury sales.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
$22-$26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
