1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team sales efforts.
2. Welcome and enhance the client experience, advising across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients.
4. Develop and maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all store activities contributing to overall objectives.
6. Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management with daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Understand company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors.
10. Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.

1. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury.
2. Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

$22-$26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
