1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in achieving their sales targets.
2. Welcome clients and enhance their shopping experience by advising them across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
4. Maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all store activities to contribute to overall objectives.
6. Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of new employees.
9. Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate understanding of company policies.
10. Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use various software packages.

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
