- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in achieving their sales targets.
- Welcome clients and enhance their shopping experience by advising them across all product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate in all store activities to contribute to overall objectives.
- Adhere to CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of new employees.
- Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate understanding of company policies.
- Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
