- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support the team in achieving their sales goals.
- Welcome clients and enhance their experience by advising them across all product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing clients and recruit new ones.
- Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
- Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate a detailed understanding of company policies.
- Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
