Celine Senior Client Advisor

- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives exceptional service in line with CELINE standards.
- Achieve both individual and team sales objectives, holding accountability for results.
- Enhance client experiences by advising on all product categories and fostering long-term relationships.
- Exhibit sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients.
- Maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate actively as a team player in all store activities to meet overall objectives.
- Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of new staff.
- Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate understanding of company policies.
- Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales service.
- Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree or equivalent experience.
