1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and maximize transaction values.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on shipping, alterations, and other client-related issues.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
3. Experience in luxury retail is preferred.

1. Strong client book management skills.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Proficiency in utilizing various software programs.
4. Excellent customer service orientation.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector, is required.
