- Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a strong commercial mindset and deep product knowledge.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations, utilizing cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support the management team in operational activities, including KPI analysis and team briefings.
- Foster a positive team spirit and collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring memorable interactions that contribute to positive client feedback.

- Participate actively in store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the brand's values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation to contribute to the brand's elegant image.
- At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Initiative, sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry.
