1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in achieving their sales goals.
2. Welcome clients and enhance their experience by advising them across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing client relationships and recruit new clients.
4. Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all store activities contributing to the overall objectives.
6. Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management in daily operations including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate a detailed understanding of company policies.
10. Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales services.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $27-$31 per hour, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
