- Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging strong commercial acumen and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and utilizing cross-selling techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit and achieve both individual and collective goals.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring each interaction with CELINE is memorable and fosters long-term relationships.
- Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the brand's values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation to uphold CELINE's sophisticated image.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Initiative, sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
