1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support team members in their sales efforts.
2. Welcome clients and enhance their experience by advising across all product categories.
3. Exhibit sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients, fostering long-term relationships.
4. Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate as a team player in activities contributing to the store's objectives.
6. Adhere to CELINE's grooming and behavior standards.
7. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors.
10. Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Compensation ranges from $24-$27 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
