- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support the team in achieving their goals.
- Welcome clients and enhance their experience by advising them across all product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing and recruit new clients.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate in all store activities contributing to overall objectives.
- Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
- Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
- Provide support to other Client Advisors as needed.
- Additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Requires a minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $22-$27 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
