1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support the team in achieving their goals.
2. Welcome clients and enhance their experience by advising them across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing and recruit new clients.
4. Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all store activities contributing to overall objectives.
6. Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Provide support to other Client Advisors as needed.
10. Additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales services.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
2. Computer literacy and the ability to learn various software packages.

Requires a minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $22-$27 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
